is known more commonly as simply ‘The Monument’.
It’s a 61 metre stone column in The City, close
to the northern end of London Bridge. Interestingly,
it’s situated 61 metres from where the Great Fire
of London started in 1666. |

The food menu is packed full of traditional
pub favourites. Cask ales available at the bar include
Greene King IPA and Abbott, with regular guest ales
featuring too.
Good atmosphere, with a friendly team serving at the impressively
long bar.
